Welcome to Hatha Yoga.  Yoga means 'union'.  Hatha means sun and moon.  Hatha Yoga brings balance to the mind and body, enabling you to approach your life in a relaxed and open way.  In each class you will work through a number of different postures to strengthen, tone and relax your body.  Each yoga class is made up of breathing exercises and postures to help purify the body, whilst relaxing the mind.

The benefits of Yoga are many and include a calmer mind, more flexible body, and an increased connection to your inner self.  

Yoga Classes are held around the Watford area, and are open to all levels.

FREE drop in taster session at Esponosa Centre, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, HP4 1EH, 9.30am - 10.15am.  Weekly sessions will then continue each week from 29th February.

Every Thursday morning from 10am-10.45am from 9th February onwards at The Orbital Centre, Haines Way, WD25 7UD

£7.00 per drop in class or £25 for a 4 week course.

Thursday evening Yoga class in Abbotts Langley

6.15pm-7.15pm,  starting on Thursday 1st March at St Lawrences Church Hall, High Street, Abbotts Langley,  WD5 0AS.  £28 for the 4 week course or £7.50 to drop in.  Bring a friend and get 10% off price of your 4 week course!  Beginners are welcome.

One to one yoga sessions are also available in the comfort of your home.  Individual sessions are tailored to your needs, helping you to gain strength, flexibility and target problem areas such as back pain.  Combining Reiki healing and Meditation as I guide you through the poses, an individual session will help you to relieve stress, think more positively  and improve physical health.
