Individual Yoga Sessions

If so I can travel to you to teach the many benefits of practicing Hatha Yoga. Through regular Yoga practice you will gain a flexible, healthy body, and calm mind. During the 1hr session you will work through breathing exercises to help raise your energy levels, and postures to aid you in developing a strong, toned and flexible body. The session will tailored to your needs and will be completed with a ten minute guided meditation to lead you into deep relaxation.
1hr sessions cost £42 or 4 sessions for £150. I also offer small group classes in your home for up to 3 people. Please contact me for more information
